Microsoft has announced a 9% increase to its cloud services, effective from 1st April 2023 enrolments. This increase is based on exchange rate movement against the US dollar, and shall now be assessed twice a year.
Crown Commercial Services have already negotiated some terms within the DTA21 MoU, that protects Public Sector customers from the bulk of this increase, which includes M265, E3 and E5 pricing, which shall not be impacted at this time.
